I liked phpBB when I used it a long time ago, but if you think phpBB is crap, what would you think about a hosting company that was free?
The term you get what you pay for comes to mind.
Edit: Oh, No. I don't know of free hosting companies that would support vBulletin....steven

That is really not a fair comment.
vBulletin offers a great deal of unpaid information to people who have never purchased anything from the company (like you
). And it provides this entire forum for people who have. It apparently doesn't like free hosting services because of the piracy problem. It's fair for the company to be concerned about being ripped off.
