Three Features required. Are they available?

1) Our website is a public site, but we are not allowed to appear in search engines. Is is possible for the entire site to be coded with the No Index, No follow meta tags?

2) Can uploads be turned off?

3) From an intranet perspective, I'd like to use a format similar to your manual where administrators can post documents. Is this an addon?

For 1) robots.txt is usually sufficient to stop the majority of search engines indexing your site.

For 2) you can disable attachments, avatars and profile pics with permissions and options available

Not sure about 3) though.

3. No, the manual is an in house application that is not available.

You can easily add those tags, or you can disable guests from being able to view content all together.
