vBulletin supports what we call "Advertising Location Templates". You can post your ads directly into these templates and have your advertising show up in specific locations throughout the site. You can see them where they appear here:

They can be controlled more precisely with template conditionals or through a third-party advertising manager like OpenX or Google Ad Manager.

Hi!

I was able to check out the online demo last night and was very impressed with this software. This is by far much better than phpBB.

I am going to purchase a copy of vBulletin this weekend and start configuring the website.

Question: Is it possible to place banner ads on the site? Is there a facility for doing this now?
