buying a license for someone else

I'd like to buy a license for someone other than myself, but the name has to match the credit card. If I put my name in, can they change it later to their name.

I could do PayPal and not need to put in my name that matches my credit card, but I don't have the money in my PayPal account and don't want to wait up to 7 days for it.

You can purchase the owned license for the friend, three months later you can transfer it to someone else (your friend).
