    There’s a feature on this forum, there’s a yellow balloon of text that shows the introduction of the thread. Is this a MOD, or is this a standard feature?

    Everything you see on vB.com is default on vBulletin.

      that feature is called "thread preview" you just mouseover a thread and it pops up. It's a default feature on vB. You can adjust the settings in the main options page.
