Yes. So long as the directory is password-protected and not accessible to the general public. The directory needs to be called "testvb" so Jelsoft won't charge your ass for running two active instances of the software.

Hope some of you guys could help me.

If I own a copy of vbulletin, and I have it installed at my root directory at mydomain.com, am I allowed to do a second installation of vB in say folder mydoain.com/test/ to make some tests?
