Perhaps if you define what a qQuote does, we can help you better. Right now, I have no clue what a qQuote button does compared to a regular quote, a multi-quote, or a nested quote button.

You can tell that that button is "shopped", as the extra "q" is not the exact same style as the other letters.
And those must the mods. I would imagine the 'q Quote' stands for Quick Quote.
You could always visit that site and ask them what modification it is, as Steve said.Comment
