  • Question about Converting to vBulletin

    I am looking to buy vbulletin and convert the current forum that I am a member of over to it. Currently the board is on PHPBB3 and just has a couple of minor mods. It has just over 100 users and not a lot of pots so far. How would I go about accomplishing a conversion with as little down time on the forum as possible? Is there a tool to aid this conversion? I ran a phpbb2 board for years and installed tons of mods on it so I am familiar with php but not familiar with this particular conversion. Thanks in advance and any help will be appreciated.

    Yes, we have an import script for phpBB3. You can read about it here:

    Please note that since phpBB3 passwords are encrypted, they cannot be imported. Your users will need to reset their passwords after the import. You can read more about this here:
