Downloading vbulletin without renew the license

We have a license but it expired at 15 july 2008. I can download the latest version of vbulletin. Are we have permission to use it? Or not.

Owned licenses still have download access to any version of vBulletin while it was active. So yes, you are.

It's just that whenever a new release is out, it will not show in your downloads list if your license is expired. But you may continue to use what you've got since it's an owned license.
