I have since set up the demo as admin. I can post new threads and replys, how do I, as admin, create new topics/catagories? I don’t see that option. Please advise.

Did you go into the Admin CP? In the top right corner of the Demo pages it tells you how to enter the Administration Control Panel.Translations provided by Google.
