  • How long do i need to wait.

    Just wondering how long i will need to wait before i get my details once i have signed up and paid for a vbulletin license.

      if you paid by paypal, you will get it instantly. But if you used worldpay, they need to verify your informations manually.

        The information on Paypal is not correct.

        If you pay by Paypal and there is either funds in your account or you have an instant funding payment method attached to your account, then it should only take a few minutes to process. If Paypal has to do an ACH transfer from a bank that does not allow instant funding, then it will take 4 business days. This is a limitation imposed by banking industry regulations, not Paypal or Jelsoft.

        Worldpay transactions take at least 1 hour to process and can take up to 24 hours as stated on the purchase page. Metacharge should only take a few minutes to process.

        The most common reason that people do not receive the email with their customer ID and password after purchase is because of either incorrect emails entered or they have a spam filter with strict settings and the email is filtered. Contacting vBulletin Sales (http://www.vbulletin.com/contact_sales.php) is the easiest way to find out where your customer information is.

          I paid with paypal, the payment says its cleared as it should.
          I have more then enough funds in my account.

          I have not got the email with my account info yet, i got an email confirming the order and a receipt from paypal but thats it.

          My account is a verified UK business account.

              What he said was correct, he wasn't referring to me.
              He was referring to was a previous post when some one said payment by paypal would be instantly (something along those lines)

                  Yeh its empty, got a response from support now.
                  Apparently my account was merged with another one from like 7 months ago that belongs to a friend (i installed vbulletin for him)
                  Even though i wasn't logged in to a members area it still merged both accounts for some strange reason.
                  Should be sorted shortly with a bit of luck!
