Affiliate w/ pay after X posts

Hi there people

I'm new to the world of vBulletin, but I think I've done my homework on google'ing

We're looking to start a forum, and would like to be able to offer (selected) publishers the ability to earn money for bringing us new members to the forum. We would like to pay for new members AFTER they have made X number of posts.

Does vBulletin support something like this? Or is there an extension/mod that adds this functionality?

Not specifically what you are requesting, however, I do remember a modification out there that allowed members to display their own Adsense ads in their posts and earn commissions for those clicks. Not exactly what you want, but as close as you are going to get I think.
