I need a host

I know of a very good host that is 240$ for 4 years, however, I don't have the funds right now, and you must pay all 240$ upfront. Are their any reasonable hosting, or even free hosting that would run Vbulletin well?

I'm looking for very cheap, yet good hosting, until I can save up for better hosting.
Also, how do you prevent people from using a proxy to evade an IP ban?

I recommend Site Ground. Cheap, support tickets answered between one and three minutes, and they'll install scripts such as vBulletin for free.

Also, there's a modification on vBulletin.org that allows for this. Unfortunately, one of the side effects is Google's cached pages being blank.
