Just Want Some Info...

Hi! I'm new to vBulletin, but I'm hoping to switch from SMF to it by Christmas. I was wondering about the success rate from SMF to vBulletin if the Forum had a Skin on it, and what happens to all Members, Rankings (For Posts), Posts, Topics, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If I am correct:
- Members will remain
- Posts and Topics will remain
- Forum sections and catagories will stay
- Ranks will need to be reset/re-done
- Skin I think will need to be re-done

This is just me trying to help but I am sure a team of the vB team can verify this for me.

Also, users will have to reset passwords. You can send out a mass email regarding that issue though.

Another thing that was bugging me, on the Demo I tried out, it had a 10 Characters or above in order for the Post to actually work. Is there any way I can get rid of it once I have my own Board?

1. Does vBulletin have Display Names AND User Names? You know, like SMF does?

2. Is Quick Reply an Add-On or hidden feature?

Both of these couldn't be answered with the vBulletin Demo.

3. I see the colored/Bold/Italicized User Names, but can't find out how. Could you inform me at least where to find it?
