I am making a vBulletin for VMK.

Hello i want to purchase vBulletin to make a forum for vmk. But i have some questions.

1. Which version would be best?
2. How do i get skins to show up on vBulletin (testing on demo).
3. Is there a handbook i could look at?

The most recent version, but you purchase a license to use vBulletin so you would have access to vBulletin 2 3 3.6.

You install new skins, there is only the default skin with the product.
