First, does the arcade run on java, or what does it run on?

Second, is there ANYWAY to convert over my users from my old forum software, SMF?

for the arcade, there is actually none released by the company... you will have to go here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=198 and search for arcades, there is 2 fulle featured ones released as products. they are using Flash based games, not java...

1. ibProArcade is a modification and is not supported by vBulletin. But just for the info, it's backend scripting is php, the games are swf (flash) or java or what ever they are made in.

2. I believe you can import your information from SMF to vBulletin using ImpEx.
