Separating Moderators replies

Hi,

Is there any way to highlight/distinguish the entries/replies from moderators (or other specified users) from the other users e.g. by showing entries/replies in another colour?

Can this be done by a setting or does it require code change?

Yes, this can be done with a little tweak, no code changes are required, but a template modification using a template conditional is required.
