We are offering a free chat service that can be hooked up to forums, CMS solutions like vBulletin.
Currently we already offer a mod for adding our chat to vBulletin, but I have had a external programmer make it. I was hoping we could modify the source for our plugin for vBulletin but we need to actually be able to us vBulletin to do this.
I was hoping you could issue us a test license which we would use only to develop the vBulletin plug in.
