- Can i reduce registration page to one page
(ie get rid of user birthdate )
- Can i add new areas like phone number on registration pages?
- Can i make permission to users to open threads or post not post on specific forums.
- Simple machines have an SSI tool to obtain info such as latest threads of specific forum, latest posts for specific threads and etc... What about these at VB? Can i get such info and show it at joomla or anyother environment as i want to show?
- Can i moderate every specific post?

You can do everything you have said, but it will require code modifications and manual installations and uploading of files... I am not pretty sure about the joomla thing, but I wouldn't go for it... Everything else you mentioned can be done with vbulletin...

1- there is a "single-page" registration plugin on vbulletin.org
2- Userfields is the way to create new fields you want your users to fill.. they can be private too, by default in vB.
3- per-forum, per usergroup permissions... by default inside vB.
4- SSI/RSS feeds is by default in many configurations and you can add plugins from vbulletin.org to expand these capabilities.
5- moderators, super-moderators, super-admins etc... they can be set to manage per-forum or globally the posts or/and threads inside the forum... by default in vB from the begining (2001)
