The code for vBulletin's reputation is only for vBulletin. No part of the code can be redistributed; so no, you can't use the same code for phpBB since they also are completely coded differently.

thanks for the reponse ! So do u know where i could get the reputation system code for phpbb3. Becuz i don't know how to code it but i wanted to use it on my site

Okay i am currently using the phpbb3 software which is free but i wish to use the reputation system but i don't know the code for this is. SO is it possible to use the same code used in Vbulletin for phpbb3 and if it is can some post the code here
