Does vbulletin have any problems with a warez or a movie forum? movie forum as in streaming links are shared for users to watch movies, etc.

You are asking if it's allowed, and the anwser is given. It's not.

That there are sites running vbulletin to spread warez, doesn't make it's allowed.

www.movieforumz.com is distributing illegal content which makes it hard for vbulletin to be affiliated with it.. Better shut it down, or change your content before you get in trouble with the law
