Search Members + Conditionals in Header

Hi!

Is it possible to search members by age -- i.e. between certain age like 18 - 30.

Also, is it possible to use conditionals in header. Example if( pagelocation==profile) then show (_).

And actually, is it possible to apply completely different theme on profile pages as it is possible with doing so on specific forums?
