When will the blog product go on sale?

The blog product will more than likely not go onsale untill after some beta period.

We have no public information on pricing or release.


Chances are it will be installed much like the project tools, via a plugin.

On the contrary - ALOT of people are waiting to purchase this add-on.

Why should it be a free product? Many, many man-hours have gone into the coding and developement of this add-on, and I'm sure many more hours are yet to come, considering all of the feature requests I've seen. To expect it to be free is silly, to me. Are you willing to put in months of hard work at your job for nothing?

En, i'd like to use project tools, but i cant with my chinese licence. i also hope to use blogs here.. still i cant.. even the chinese forum is not available for visit.. (have two days).

Well in a way it is some what expensive, I wish they would merge the renewal fees for everything together. Like I said, I'm not into the project tools, but depending on how good the blog is I "might" get it. However, vBlogetin is already made, and if that is cheaper, than I rather buy it..

Why should it be free? It's not what you paid for when you bought vBulletin. It's not an update to vBulletin, it's an expansion.

I think most everybody assumed it would cost more. Sure we already paid for vBulletin but that's like buying a car and then thinking better rims and a better sound system should be a free upgrade. After all, you did pay for the car.
