  • why not vbulletin gives official addons?

I have a free software forum but I liks vbulletin. The only that I dislike is there are some great addons that aren´t updated like vbulletin and they are lost in time. Examples: vbevents, thread prefixes, and some more...
I don´t know why vbulletin developers not do this popular addons being official hacks and more powerfull.
This is the only reason because I still haven´t purchased it.
    Any asnwer?
    Thanks

We are working on official addons for the software. The Project Tools addon is already in a private beta test with several of our customers. A blog is in internal development and testing with a private beta coming.

We will only create those products that we have enough scope to be commercially viable. We will not be making versions of all the popular addons at vBulletin.org. That is what that site is for.
