Second vBulletin purchase

Currently I'm using one vBulletin board. On my server I'm running a second testboard (same license). I'm building this testboard (style, topics etc) from scratch to become a completly new board before I go online (different url etc).

Is it possible to download the database and style from this testboard to the new vBulletin purchase? Is my database linked to my license number?

You can backup and restore the database to your new board as long as the versions match.
