No, you're still only running one copy. It just happens to have a second accessable url.
Many of our clients who have very high demand run on server farms, or multiple servers, I'm sure some of them even have redundant farms for network outages.

Is vB licence violated by Resellerzoom failover?
Resellerzoom has recently started failover plans (Failover FAQ).
Here they use two servers at a time instead of one. In case one fails, the other one takes over.
If I install vB in one account (one domain name), does it violate any term of the vB licence? I have heard it violates certain terms because in effect it gets intalled on two servers at a time, although its only once on one domain name.
Please guide me. Thanks in advance.Tags: None
