Using current Lic for setup?

I already have a current license which I am using for one site. Now I am working on the second community for which I will be buying a 2nd license.

Is it okay if I setup a TEST board with my original license and work on installing hacks, developing skins and desiging the site. Site will remain close to any member (no registrations allowed).

I will buy the license the day before I open the site to the users.

I know test board is allowed, is it okay to work like this with a test board?

If we would be nitpicking, no. Because the test board is for the site your license is being used on. However, you're permitted a test board and I think it is fine if you have this temporary, private, away from public view, to develop another site. If we browse to the reported url from callhome than we must not run into a forum, but find a popup from htaccess asking us to login.

Absolutely floris, it will be completely private. I am just trying to save a month or two from 12 month renewal period

That would not be the right argument to use a test license. But I am not nitpicking here. As long as you stay within our license agreement you should be fine.
