I'm getting close - A couple of questions

Do I need PHP & MySQL on my home computer or just on my hosts server?

What is or can you give me an example of a "Child"

During user registration can you customize the questions you want the users to answer. Such as Home Town or Club Affiliation or Professional Certification, and how hard is it to do?

Can other users or lurkers tell the user members real identity or obtain their ISP #'s to identify them without the administators permission.

    Thanks Dmeister

php and mysql on the host's server.

A child forum is a sub-forum, it sits under a main forum Pre-Sales is a child forum of vBulletin sales on this site.

There is a mod to ask questions instead of using the image verification on vbulletin.org

Users shouldn't be able to see each other's IP's or anything unless you allow it using the admincp permissions.

It is very easy to ask extra questions during registration (or later while editing the User Profile). This feature is called Custom Profile Fields.

You could take a look at our Admin Demo at: vBulletin Demo
