Upgrade Lease to Owned?

Well after like 2 weeks of research it seems Vbulletin is the best forum software to use for my needs. After testing it as well on the test site here, I loved the admin options. After using phpBB for the past 6 months and growing tired of it, I can see VBulletin being much better.

However what I was curious about is I don't want to spend the $160 outright and find out it may not be suited to my needs. So i was planning on buying a leased license. What I want to know is if say after a few days of trying it out on my website I decide it's worth the owned price, am I able to upgrade to the owned license and if yes is their a discount after buying the lease license or do I have to pay in full for the owned license?

You can upgrade from a leased to an owned license for an additional $85 if you do so within 60 days of the purchase. After 60 days, it is full price.
