This is my 3rd year of a leased license, I can't afford even an upgrade fee, I'm pathetic I know, but when you have family and such its hard to pay an additional price to upgrade to an owned license, plus I rather enjoy a leased license. It reminds me to come here to check up on things. One day I plan to get an owned license but until then, I am just stuck with a leased license.

If you purchase a leased license within 60 days you can upgrade to an owned, it used to be 30.
