    There was legsilation passed that came into effect July 1st 2003, we were just a little late to implement it

    If you're a VAT registered company in the EU, then you can enter your VAT-ID on the order form, and you won't be charged VAT.

    I'm a small bit confused by your VAT announcement.
    As an EU, but non-UK, VAT registered company surely you shouldn't be charging us VAT?
