    The things you list have nothing to do with a CMS. They have everything to do with a portal. A CMS is not dependant upon a forum. vBAdvanced is a portal, not a CMS. Not by any stretch of the imagination. Can you build an entire multi-page website with vBAdvanced and assign authors, editors, publishers, administrators, etc. of content? Can you build CNN.com with vBAdvanced? Of course not. But you could with a CMS.
