Moving from Infopop Threads to VBulletin

We would like to switch from Infopop Threads, UBB.threads™ 6.5,
to VBulletin

We would like to know if it is posible to move / migrate the usernames, password, posts, pm's, and all other info on the message board like user title, permissions, notes.

We would also like to know if vBulleting can do the move or if there is someone on this site offering the service

We also operate a board with many modifications like rotating banners, double identity check, and would like to know if there are many modification option availble for VBulletin

One mod that we have and that we would like to keep is an integrated index page, sort of like a entry page that shows current threds, top posters, post we want displayed, a calendar, top rated threads, and similar info. I saw a site that was offering Vbulleting with that mod but can not remember where...

We also sell subscriptions to certain forums and would like to know if vBulleting can be integrated with billing and password management providers like Ibill, Verotel, Segpay... and how would VBulletin worl with amember.com access software
