I had domains registered with them and took forever for them to give me my auth code for my .org domain when I was looking to move it. As far as domain registry they were always good and then support went to poor.

I'm willing to be that they source out their webhosting and personally after my experience, I would not use them again for anything. YMMV.

My site is 300Mb and I use 12-18G of bandwidth a month.
I'm using www.realwebhost.com and am pleased with a reseller account. People seem to be happy with www.asmallorange.com
Look in the http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11 section for suggestions.

I used to have A Small Orange. They were amazing. We switched because we wanetd a dedicated server (they offer dedicated servers but my coleague didn't want to go with ASO dedicated servers).

They have amazing shared hostign though. Support usually answers in less than an hour.

I have been using namesecure since October. I recently have received a couple of database errors, but I am still trying to track that down. I use them for registering also. No real complaints so far.
