1)I would like to know if I buy the year subscrition could I if my site takes off , then buy the forum after the one year period is up or do I have to stay as a subscribtion customer

2) Could I change the colour of the forum to go with the rest of my site

3) Can I directly link the forum to my main website,and is there a way to link back

1. A leased license is only good for 12 months, after 12 months you need to renew, or remove the forums.
2. Yes, easily.
3. Yes, all of the templates are html based and for the most part easy to work with.

I think you may have miss-understood my question

What I mean was if I subscribe to the Leased License package for one year and am happy with it can I then upgrade my forum to an owned lease or do I have to stay as a leased client

You can upgrade from a leased to an owned license for an additional $85 if you do so within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, it is full price.
