moving from integramod - a few feature queries

I'm looking at moving an active board from integramod to vb. Here are the questions that I would need to find answers to before I could consider a move

- is there an inbuilt gallery system? if not is there a very robust add on?

- is there a ranking system - ie if a user posts lots can they earn stars or some other visual representation of their activity level?

- can i set features for members of a small sub-group only? I'm thinking of avatars, personal messages, particular forum access, signatures, seeing emails/messenger info...

- what else can I set on a group or individual user basis?

- how easy is it to add other pages to the site?

1) No, we have no official Gallery addon. Surely on vBulletin.org (official sister site) there are free or paid solutions.

2) Yes, vBulletin has a reputation system.

3) Yes, each usergroup has permissions to get access to specific features.

4) We have global settings/permissions, usergroup settings/permissions, forum settings/permissions and user access masks. There are too many to mention.
