Transfer of leased vB license?

I and my friend run a forums using vB leased license and it was booked with my account ( i own 1 life and 2 leased license) now i want one of my leased vB license to be transfered to my friend who will be running the forums in the future.

So whats the procedure to transfer my leased license to my friend?

Ye supprort ticket..shouldnt be a problem just wipe out all the vb files on ur old server and put em on ur new server (freinds site) then change the url in ur members panel.
