VBulletin ripped me off for $160

Yet, fraudulent VBulletin threatens my hosts' business if my board isnt removed, because they said my license is fraudulent.

Sure looks like a paid license to me. They say PayPal did a chargeback. Well, i did no
such thing, PayPal did a chargeback, not me and im sure Paypal has released the funds back to you for whatever reason they were held to begin with. This is crap and you either MAIL me $160 or reactivate this license.

Perhaps it would be wise to find out why a chargeback occured and why PayPal sent a chargeback . Also, I'd contact [email protected] and see if they'd help you resolve this matter.

And get your license information off. It's not safe having such information floating around.

vBulletin wouldn't rip you off. That doesn't mean to say that they never make unintentional mistakes, but that doesn't mean that you should come here and be all immature about it. vBulletin (or any company for that matter) would be much more helpful to you if you spoke to them in a mature manner and dealt with this in an appropriate way.

Hi Eddie, Contact sales direct as has been suggested above. As a long standing customer of Jelsoft I can assure you that they would never do something like that. Are you sure that the transaction went through correctly? Check your Paypal to make sure you didn't get refunded or the transaction failed. If your payment went through I am confident they will resolve your problem. Good luck

We have been a Customer for quite a while now, and they have had to put up with my dumb questions, let alone my mistakes.

Not so much as an attitude from the VB Staff, let alone an issue with money.

Seems that the ones in error are the first to lay blame.

Steve will manually verify the transaction but its unlikely that paypal would tell us it had been charged back if it hadn't really been.
