  • rel="nofollow" - optional for member posts?

Sorry, I had a good search around the forums, but could not answer this:

    The new tag
    . rel="nofollow"
    in links --

Does vB have an option to turn this tag on/off for forum visitor posts?

    Thanks

Um...you're gonna have much better luck getting a reply when you post in the Support Forums and not here

the rel=nofollow tag is only applied to links searchengines don´t need to follow such as PM this user links and such.
It would make no sence for a SE to follow these links because they would get a permission denied message.

So you don´t need to remove those.
Links members post in there threads don´t have the nofollow tag attached.

If you want this to happen there is a hack on vbulletin.org.

            Hope this helps

What is the tag for nofollow? [nofollow] isn't working. The info isn't in the FAQ, either.
