I use Internet Explorer 7 and it shows me the RSS of a site or forum, does vbulletin have rss to be shown?

the admin of that site may have turned the rss feed off. Its something you as a site admin can control like whether you want users to have titles or avatars or sigs or anything.Plan, Do, Check, Act!Comment
