  • Quick Question

I'm very new to all this and am thinking of purchasing a vBulletin license, however I was just wondering if it is possible to incorporate adverts or pop-ups into the Forum? If so how do you go about doing this? I apologise if my question doesn't seem clear.

Yes, this is possible by editing the appropriate templates.

Pretty much. Its just html mostly. Alot of people also use phpadnews for ad management.

You can edit the templates (html) online in your admincp, so you don't have to upload everything the hole time and so on.

Adding banners and so is actually just like in a standard html site.

There is even a special advertising hack (geek advertasing hack) @ vbulletin.org so you can just upload a banner, give it x clicks or x views, manage the ads, stats, ...
