Just a question, if I purchased a license, is it still possible for me to download VB version 2, instead of 3?

If you buy a lloicense today you will continue to be able to download any versions that were available while your license was active.
However, development has stopped on the vB2 series so you should not expect new versions, bug fixes or eternal support.
