I come from Japan. You know, in JP we have to use seal to apply everything and we gave up sign. But when I pay online, the verify number is necessary, but in Japan we do not use this number. What i should do? because I want to buy one more license for my friend to set up his business.

You can also pay by bank wire or by check, if that's possible.

Yeah, that is! but if i pay by wire transfer or check, it takes long time and you know paying by card is popular in JP. If you make a payment by transfer 160$, i have to pay about 60$ transfer fee. It is very expensive. So, that why i would like to pay by credit card.
