Concerning registration of "non branded" VB

I just bought an english lifetime license w/o branding. Is it legal to upload my old (german) version of vbulletin to the assigned url and change it to english and to remove the vbulletin copyrights then?

You can have whatever language you want on your forum, just make sure that each license is only used once and that you have a branding free license for every board from which you remove the copyright.
