Free vB skins?

I'm on my last leg to purchase vbulletin, but a quick search yields that all vB skins are paid?? i dont want to spend another $30 for a forum yet want a different skin!

what are some good web sites that offer free vB skins or must I purchase skins?

I'm going to throw myself through the wall..

Why in the world am I not able to access any of the files? I'm a registered member with a license that was bought last night. I've completed all of the confirmations that I was required to and I still am being told that i "do not have persmission". Can someone help me out with that? I just want to get some buttons for my forum.
