Depends on how fast both parties respond to the questions that we ask and the avaiblity of the Support team member doing your transfer.

It is possible that they are not telling the truth, and its also possible that your email could have been flagged as spam. And a few other various things as well (he may not have responded to an email we sent as well).

Send a support ticket with the details.. This forum is for pre-sales issues. License transfers between parties are not pre-sales issues.

i pmed the guy this thread. he will do the support ticket
