Can anyone help on this one?

I am looking for a program that will take over from an existing site I did for a friend of mine in spain.

It is created in flash and therefore pretty much left down to me to upload new members details, pictures and video clips or soundfiles as and when neccesary.

My friend (and me!) would like the to be able to control the site himself and let the users upload new files and details.

We were told about v-bulletin and it looks pretty cool but I am worried about the scope.

If anyone could take the time to have a quick look at the site and tell me if this is possible with v-bulletin it would be really appreciated.

Can you please be more descriptive of what you are looking for?

vBulletin is a discussion board package that allows your site users to interact with each other in a non-linear fashion. This provides stickiness to your site and people visit more often. It is not a system to update the main content of your website.
