  • Considering Purchasing vB, Recommend A Host?

I'm considering purchasing a vB owned license, i'm planning to use hostrocket.com as my server. Does anyone recommend these for vB forums?

Actually you can go to webhostingtalk.com and ask there. There are many hosts that can host your vB mboard as long they have mySQL databases and php. There are a very few hosts that won't allow vb, those you would stay from.

I am using MadRooster.com and so far my site has not gone down once, speed is great, and they have great deals on their hosting packages.

I have seen a lot of disappointed vBulletin customers with hostrocket. I'd reconsider.

I actually just moved my site over to asmallorange.com and it's been worth it so far
Much better than my last host and they actually answer you support tickets really quickly. My last one took just 3 mins to get a reply

Another one to check out is EnhancedHost.com. The support there is very good, like here on vB! A couple others would be HostNexus.com and RivalPro.net. Stay away from Yahoo hosting as their servers a tweaked in such a way that vB may toss errors all over the place.
