  • multiple phpbb import into vbulletin

    Hi,

I'm interested in purchasing vBulletin but need to know if I will be able to import from three separate phpbb boards to the one vBulletin board. Would this be possible?

Also some of the members are members of more than one of the boards so there might be some duplication of members but not of threads or forums. If I am able to import from multiple boards how would the import work out the username duplications.

    Thanks for any help.

Yes you can import multiple forums. You can use the 'associate users' function to merge users when you do these imports.

Thanks Steve. I didn't get an email notification of your reply so did't know it was here until I checked the board today.

Is the email notification turned off in vBulletin by default?
