Vbulltin Addons

Im very much interested in your forums standalone.
But my questions is Does vbulletin have a Downloads Addon?
As far as Puttin up a downloads section With the forums so people can veiw all the downloads etc?

Halofox; I think I've seen such a hack on vbulletin.org. You get access there as soon as you buy vBulletin and follow a few steps to show that your forum account is a licensed customer. vBulletin.org is a large website with lots and lots of hacks/addons for your vBulletin board.

THere are waaaaaaaaaaay mroe than 3. There are probably roughly 100. 25-50 useful ones. Thats a pretty liberal guesstimate though.

Ok thank you, Im running a community vote on my site now to go Which way, Just forums with a Downloads addon or Keep the phpnuke community in which loads slow etc depending on the themes.
But Most definatly I will be purchasing Vbulletin Forums for sure. Friday or Saturday.

I would like to know where you found 25-50 Downloads add-ons on vbulletin.org. I've searched there a dozen times and only found ONE actual add-on for Downloads.

I'd go vB with add-ons.

help..i have two licenses of vbulletin..andi cant get into vbulletin.org..i have tried to register over and over..what do i have to do to get in? i tried my nic and password from here..that doesnt work..none of my two emails work there...what am i doing wrong?

vBulletin doesn't have an official "Download Manager" add-on as such, but as already pointed out above. There may be hacks over at vB.org that can do what you want.

But another option you could use, is just create a forum category called Downloads and set a forum up in it - to act as a Download forum board as an alternative to installing a hack. The same way some people setup a forum category for Members Images if they have no Gallery installed.
